La Belle Maison is a luxury modern villa in beautiful Charente Maritime,  South West France.

The Villa has four well appointed bedrooms, one being on the ground floor with double doors leading to the pool terrace. All beds can be set as double (superking) or twin, depending on your requirements. Each bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room (one room has a small bath in addition to the shower).

The open plan living area is the perfect space to socialise with family and friends, whether you are dining, cooking or relaxing on the sofas! There is also a separate WC on the ground floor for your convenience.

The location is fabulous, we are within walking distance of a fantastic boulangerie and are just 10 minutes from the historic town of Saintes where you can visit the amphitheatre, shop, dine and much more.. Other local towns are Rochefort and St Jean D'Angley with the villages of Port D'envaux and St Savinien being 10-20 minutes drive away with lots of great activities for  the whole family. If you prefer the beach  then they are just 30 minutes away!
