We've loved our stay and feel in a couple of weeks we've only just begun to explore the area with some lovely coast (Bikki beach!) rivers (Port D'Envaux) and walks around old towns (Saintes, La Rochelle) and taking in the odd boat trip. Bavette steaks, crevette prawns, and mixed veggies on the BBQ were delicious as were morning pastries from the boulangerie."
